It's been a long time since I've blogged. This is going to take some getting used to again. Anyway, today was our second class with Stuart. Today we started with a barre, center, and across the floor. After that, we learned some phrases. A lot of the corrections that Stuart gives us are the ones that we hear daily from Ms. Mack. They're not just "Ms. Mack corrections". He even talked about how we have to look like we're enjoying dancing, which we hear all the time. I really enjoyed the two quick phrases we learned today. I can't wait until next monday, unless more snow decides to come.
After Stuart left, we had a little time to work on our pieces for the audition for the Student Choreography show tomorrow. The fact that Ashlei left early sick, made it that much harder to get choreography done. Luckily, Ms. Mack said that she'll look at whatever we have done tomorrow, but still, I feel like we could have had a lot more done than we actually do. I hope that we have the opportunity to finish it. What we have so far is pretty good, from what I can tell. I should probably go finish up the rest of my homework and get some studying for the SAT in before I go to sleep.
